I first set foot inside a gym in 1994, but I was sent away because I was too young to train. That enthusiasm for training has never gone away. I went back as soon as I was old enough, and haven’t stopped training since.
The gym has meant different things at different times in my life. I’ve been through all the reasons for training: vanity, a hobby, stress relief, a break from the routine, and finally the place where I could put in the effort and work to change my body.
